Marci Becker is a Wellcoaches Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified MNDFL Instructor (CMI), experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 200), & a continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance (YACEP). She has a deep desire to walk alongside YOU on your wellness journey. Always recognizing that you are in the driver’s seat….but sometimes you need someone to ride with you on this roadtrip we call life.
Marci fell in love with the practice of yoga through the Healing Spirit yoga studio in Bloomington, Indiana. While living a hectic life with small children, a full time job, many family responsibilities and other activities, the sanctuary of the yoga studio became more and more important in her life. No matter what else was going on at any given time, going to yoga class always brought her back to a beautiful place within herself: a true sanctuary.
Being fascinated with the rejuvenating and healing effects of the practice, she decided to study formally. She completed the 200-hour training program with Marsha Pappas and Nikki Myers at the CITYOGA School of Yoga and Health in Indianapolis in the summer of 2010. The training program was everything she wanted and so much more. She is honored to now share her love of this sacred practice with others. In 2018, she reached ‘Experienced’ level of certification with Yoga Alliance and in 2020 began her advanced Yoga Teacher training with the Nourishing Heart Yoga Studio. With her certification of Continuing Education Provider for Yoga Alliance, she also looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience with other Yoga Teachers as they work to continue to grow and learn as teachers and practitioners. Adding a deeper understanding of mindfulness and meditation kept her busy and sane during the challenges of the global pandemic. And becoming a Health & Wellness Coach has allowed her to work one-on-one with clients as they work towards their healthy futures!
Marci has lived in Bloomington since 2004 and enjoys traveling, playing softball, volunteering, hiking, biking, and spending time with her friends, family, and wonderful husband.

Marci Becker is a top-notch Yoga instructor. An hour with Marci will give you a full body stretch. You will come away relaxed and feeling great. We started with one session a week, but now often do two. We highly recommend Yoga with Marci.
My neighbor, who has been practicing yoga for 20+ years, asked me if I’d like to join her at a class being held at our neighborhood studio. I had never practiced yoga and had some concerns about fitting in and knowing what to do. Marci was the teacher and immediately made me feel completely at … Continue reading Beth Ellis
